We are looking for a Relationship Manager (RM) for the Japan Desk to support Japanese corporate clients and expand business opportunities. The key responsibilities include:

• Managing and developing relationships with Japanese corporate clients
• Providing financial solutions, including loans, trade finance, and treasury services
• Conducting credit analysis and risk assessment for client portfolios
• Identifying new business opportunities and acquiring new clients
• Coordinating with internal teams to deliver customized financial solutions
• Ensuring compliance with banking regulations and internal policies
• Acting as a key liaison between the bank and Korean clients, facilitating smooth communication

Qualification:

• Proficiency in Japanese, with JLPT N1 or N2 certification.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Relationship Manager in the banking or financial sector, or in a marketing role within a Japanese company.
• Willing to be placed in Surabaya or Denpasar.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-focused approach.
