Requirements :

1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any major

2. Have career experience at the General Manager or Director level for at least 5 (five) years, preferably those who have experience and master the distribution of retail / wholesale businesses in traditional markets

3. Have a business network or trade experience at the national and international levels will be an added value.

4. Have strategic planning skills, superior comprehensive capabilities, communication, and good negotiation.

5. Able to run management with an integrated system.

6. Have a growth mindset and are able to communicate and work together well and proactively encourage team performance to achieve targets.

Job Description :

1. Review and re-establish the company's vision, mission and strategy as well as the organizational culture that will be a reference for all leaders and employees and management.

2. Complete the company's organizational structure and create business plans and developments in accordance with the company's strategy, both market and customer.

3. Determine the duties, functions, rights and obligations as well as goals and targets in each division/department.

4. Carry out management, business optimization and supervision routinely and measurably against the strategic plan that has been set at the beginning and implemented in each division/department per day, per week, per month and per year.

5. Responsible for fulfilling KPI business units and individuals.
