ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Business Strategies/Plans and Budget

• Participates in developing the business strategies/plans, budgets, monitoring business performance against plan and recommending changes/corrective actions as required.
• Establishes and implements the marketing management cycle, processes and mechanism (analysis, planning, implementation, reporting, monitoring and control and adjustment), necessary to support the business strategy/plan.

1. Market Intelligence

• Oversees the development and implementation of, and the interpretation/application of resulting data from a comprehensive market intelligence aimed at providing the necessary market intelligence (political, legislative, economic, social, demographic, consumer trend, competitor analyses etc)
• Directs the interpretation of and resulting implications of the market intelligence data for business strategies/plans

1. Market Expansion

• Analyses data, identifies business opportunities, develops alternative future scenarios and evaluates the potential financial implications for Company in order to decide if the new markets and/or new products are pragmatic to enter.
• Evaluates new markets, recommends appropriate entry strategies into approved new markets
• Based on the market survey, proactively recommends and when approved manages any experimental projects needed in order to produce saleable products that meet the quality standard and achieve cost saving

1. Administration and Organizational Function as the managing director of the site

• In cooperation with plant manager and Finance Manager/Financial Controller, ensures the implementation of right Internal Control.
• Ensures the maximum efficiency in the working capital and free cash flow.
• Ensures the company compliances against applicable law and regulations
• Develops and proposes necessary procedure and policy to support business operations
• Ensure the whole employees commitment towards EHS Policy, Objectives and Cardinal Rules as well as any applicable standard set
• Oversees product quality control in order to maintain quality and meet customer requirements.
• Oversees the provision of product development services to customers in their production sites within defined quality, time, and cost in order to support them to achieve their goals
• In coordination with the Department of Manufacturing and Operation & Supply chain is responsible for the whole process of Supply Chain Management, to ensure the maximum achievement in the OTIF delivery
• Keep good relationship with local shareholders and government. Make sure the company doesn’t have compliance issue in local law.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor degree in Business related
• Over 15 years commercial experience and 10 years experience as the team leader.
